Role Overview
Build Legal AI Products End-to-End
Jónsbók builds AI software for legal professionals in Iceland, Hungary, and additional European markets. This role works across language models, data systems, and product surfaces, with real ownership over architecture and execution.
What You'll Work On
Build LLM-based systems that understand complex legal text.
Design and implement data models for complex legal queries.
Ship with modern language-model and agentic tooling.
Develop autonomous LLM agents for multi-step workflows.
Design efficient search methods and data-processing flows.
Build AI-first interfaces for legal users.
Write tests and maintain system quality.
You May Be a Fit If You
Have software engineering experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
Have built and maintained data pipelines or data workflows.
Have experience or clear interest in UI/UX development.
Want to work deeply with modern LLM and agentic technology.
Learn new tools quickly and perform well in ambiguous problem spaces.
Take ownership and show initiative in how work gets done.
Nice to Have
Experience building AI-driven software products.
